CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be submitted at least THIRTY DAYS (30) prior to event start for a full refund. Within 30 days, we give you a full credit voucher for the entire amount to be used for one year towards another event. Refunds for payments made by credit card or PayPal will incur a 5-6% fee.
DEPOSIT POLICY: When you purchase your ticket you have the option to pay a 50% deposit for your tickets or you can pay the ticket price in full. If you pay a deposit, the remaining balance will be invoiced to you. Deposits for events can be made up to 60 days prior to the tournament start date. Deposits will not be accepted after this time and you will be required to pay in full for tickets purchased.

There is only one price for the double deposit. $549.95 is the full price and $275.00 is the deposit.
Is the price (595.95) for each person sharing a double room in Las Vegas?
The price is $549.95 not 595.95.
So for a double registration (both my husband and I want to play), the full price is $549.95, not $1099.90? If yes, then do I just put the number as 1? One for a double package, two people in the room and two people playing in the tournament.
No if you both want to play, it is $549.95 per person so you need to purchase 2 double tickets.
How much is a pre-night stay at Planet Hollywood? It would be a double room.
$55.56 but you would need to contact us to book it and there are limited nights available.
If my husband wants to share hotel room but not play mahjong. What is our cost?
If we choose to stay elsewhere .is that commuter rate ?
You would need to sign up as a single. You cannot sign up as a commuter if you don’t live there. Only if you have a timeshare or are comped at a Caesars property.
May I pay the balance I owe for LV Tournament on line?
I have not attended a tournament before. I’m curious to know how many players you expect at this tournament.

If I get comps at Caesar’s properties and they will give me a room at Planet Hollywood free for those dates then I just pay the commuter rate and show you proof of comp?? Also where is the event being held. I am just wondering how much walking from hotel room etc Is it in the conference rooms on the 2nd floor?
