oFFICIAL REFUND POLICY

At Mah Jongg Fever, Inc., we understand that life can sometimes get in the way, and we are committed to ensuring that our players never lose their money. Our refund policy is designed with this in mind:

1. REFUND REQUESTS MADE 30 DAYS OR MORE BEFORE THE EVENT:

  • If you request a refund 30 days or more before the event, you will receive your refund via check. Please note that checks are issued once a month.
  • If your payment was made by credit card, the credit card processing fee will be deducted from your refund as we absorb this fee on the front end.

2. REFUND REQUESTS MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE TOURNAMENT:

  • If you request a refund within 30 days of the tournament, you will receive a full credit voucher for the total amount paid. This voucher is valid for any future tournament within one year of issuance.

ROOM RESERVATION POLICY

Changes to room reservations within 30 days of the tournament will be subject to the following charges:

REDUCTION IN OCCUPANCY:

  • If your reservation changes from double to single occupancy, or from triple to double occupancy, the additional cost associated with the reduced occupancy will be charged.
  • The only exception is if, within a week prior to the tournament, a roommate is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, no additional charge will be applied.

INCREASE IN OCCUPANCY:

  • If your reservation changes from single to double occupancy, or from double to triple occupancy, you will receive a credit voucher for the difference.

This policy ensures that all participants are fairly accommodated while allowing for the flexibility that life’s unexpected events may require. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
