5:00-6:30 pm -Dinner (for hotel guests)
7-7:30 pm – Orientation
7:30-10:30 pm – Rounds 1-3
10:30 pm – $10 optional mini

7-9 am – Breakfast
9:30-12:45 pm – Rounds 4-7
12:45-2:00 pm – Lunch
2:00-4:30 pm – Rounds 8-10
4:30-7:30 pm – Dinner on own
7:45 pm – $10 optional mini
Sunday
7-9 am – Breakfast
9:10-12:30 pm – Rounds 11-14 AND Under the Line (if you’re below the points cutoff, you can still win cash) AND “It’s not over yet!” $10 last day optional mini

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least THIRTY (30) DAYS prior to the event start for a full refund. Within 30 days, we will give you a full credit voucher for the entire amount to be used for one year towards another event. Refunds for payments made by credit card or PayPal will incur a 5-6% fee.
DEPOSIT POLICY: When you purchase your ticket, you have the option to pay a 50% deposit for your tickets or you can pay the ticket price in full. If you pay a deposit, the remaining balance will be invoiced to you. Deposits for events can be made up to 60 days prior to the tournament start date. Deposits will not be accepted after this time, and you will be required to pay in full for tickets purchased.
TRAVEL NOTICE FOR TOURNAMENT PLAYERS: For those traveling by air, please ensure your departure flight is scheduled for after 3:00 PM on the final day of the tournament. This allows adequate time for the completion of all games and any closing activities. We appreciate your cooperation in helping the tournament run smoothly!
