CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be submitted at least THIRTY DAYS (30) prior to event start for a full refund. Refunds for payments made by credit card or PayPal will incur a 5-6% fee.

Can we give a deposit for the Charleston tournament since it is so far away?

Yes. We have a deposit of 50 percent due on registering and balance due 60 days before the event.

Is there a discount if I do not want to stay overnight on Tuesday night?
What type of room are you planning on taking?
Double occupancy. Both me and my husband will be signing up, but we want to come home Tuesday evening.
The rate is $455.95 for a double for 2 nights. You would need to pay by check and mail in your registration forms as we can’t adjust the price on our website. Thank you.

Are you ever going to have a tournament in Seattle or Portland? There are many people in Pacific NW who would love it!!!!
I have actually been thinking about that area as I have always wanted to visit that beautiful part of the country.
How do you figure our the prices for the rooms. There a big gap of prices. Trying to get some friends to join me. We pay our own airfare? Also when is the next time in Scottsdale?

Is there a way to make a payment on our 50% balance before it is due in total?

I registered as a friend bunking with me. What if she decides to cancel? Will my cost be more then? How does that work for the portion of funds dedicated to the room? If we both register with a friend is the price less each since we are sharing???
